I'm Hannah, the founder and creator behind this vibrant and empowering holistic wellness brand. My journey to creating That Spicy Woo Woo is as unique as the name itself! A blend of personal transformation, deep passion for self-development, and a commitment to helping others embrace their true selves...

How it all began...
My story begins with nearly a decade of experience in the fast-paced world of marketing, and while I thrived in my career, I couldn't help but feel that something was missing.
Self-development has always been at the core of who I am, and over the past six years, I have dedicated myself to mastering various tools and techniques for personal growth, confidence-building, and self-improvement. My passion for helping others led me to become a certified Life Coach in 2021 and a Reiki Master and Teacher in 2024, but it was my personal diagnosis of ADHD in 2023 that truly transformed my life and set me on the path to creating That Spicy Woo Woo.

Being diagnosed with ADHD later in life brought me clarity and understanding that had eluded me for years. I realised that my unique neurodivergence was not a hindrance but a superpower—a "spice" that added flavour to my life and work. I wasn't incapable or a burden to others as I had believed for so many years, my brain only worked differently, and I had always been good enough.
Following the diagnosis, I went on a journey of self-discovery to find out who I actually was underneath the mask of societal expectations I had been wearing. When I shared my story and journey online, I was overwhelmed by the positive response, and it soon became very clear that it resonated with many others who were having the same experience or were looking for help.
I knew I wanted to create a brand that would empower people like me to embrace their authenticity and thrive!​​
THE CREATION OF THAT SPICY WOO WOO
"When it came to naming my brand, I wanted something that truly reflected both myself and the values I stand for"
"that"
was inspired by the "that girl" aesthetic—a trend that represents an aspirational, polished & perfected lifestyle.
"spicy"
refers to "neurospicy," a light-hearted way of acknowledging the unique and vibrant ways our brains work, especially within the neurodivergent community and it reflects the idea of embracing your authenticity and individuality.
"woo woo"
is a playful nod to the mystical and spiritual elements often associated with holistic healing and spirituality. It encapsulates the essence of my spiritual practices, blending the mystical with the everyday.
The name That Spicy Woo Woo perfectly embodies the essence of my brand, which is for women who, like me, may have aspired to be "that girl" but ultimately chose to embrace their true selves, their "spice," and follow
their intuition and heart, and this
is the woo woo that inevitably guides
us on our unique journeys.
